Are you ready to battle it out in Sony Online Entertainment’s most anticipated MMO, Planetside 2? SOE has released a new trailer showcasing the Ground Assault Team in the Terran Republic. Watching the video, I cared much less about the Ground Assault Team than I did the large scale battles and beautiful explosions raging across the tech Plant HVAR. I have never seen someone do so well on trying to create a MMOFPS. Planetside 2 looks beautiful and astonishing.
Watch the trailer, you will soon see the massive explosions and large scale battles and then begin to understand how good this actually looks. Hopefully when beta comes around my hopes for this game aren’t destroyed. I want this game to be Planetside 2 not a World of Warcraft knockoff people make and then throw in different aesthetics to disguise it.
Knowing Sony though, this should be a really, really good game.
Paradox Interactive are the guys that are developing the dungeon crawler strategy game, “A Game of Dwarves.” Today at E3 they have released a new Bedtime Story trailer for their game. Featuring gameplay, dwarves, amazing dwarven accents and telling the background story of this magnificent game, I am very excited and can not wait for its release. If your looking for a lot more information on the game or want to get up to speed on what’s going on, you can check out Paradox Interactive’s website here.
With all the E3 buzz floating around, one of the highlights of this week amidst all of the chaos has to be this new cinematic trailer that Frogster has unveiled. It’s actually one of the most beautiful trailers that has been released this past week and a lot of work has definitely gone into it. The guys over at Runewaker Entertainment really deserve a applause.
Runes of Magic: Fires of Shadowforge is slated for a June 12 release with a new playable race, two new playable classes, three new high level dungeons and much, much more. You can expect this new chapter in Runes of Magic to be packed full of extra content and new environments to explore.
On another note, I wonder if Blizzard is going to sue over this?
Casual Brothers released a trailer of their game, Orc Attack, today. The video shows the gameplay of their four player cooperative combat system also showcasing the four Orc characters, Sir Sniff, Doc Turd, Lord Poop and Friar Krap. The trailer also showcases many of the different abilities the Orc’s are able to use, one of them was what seemed to be insanely dangerous acid farts. I myself, will most likely be purchasing this brilliantly designed game on day one.
Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think!
Orc Attack is a humorous third person beat em’ up game to be released Xbox Live Arcade, Playstation Network and the PC in Q4 of this year.

So the first trailer for Dragon Ball Z Kinect dropped today, and while I’m always apprehensive about motion fighting games, I will admit that DBZ Kinect half intrigued me. Then… I saw this.
Now before we talk about that gem at the end, let’s just discuss trailer in general. For starters, the purpose of a trailer is to demonstrate features of the game - the BEST features of a game - at their finest, with as much sparkle and shine as you can muster. This trailer manages to successfully disappoint in all of those areas, even if some of the effects are okay. The person playing couldn’t possibly be less into the game and the random flashing lights throughout the cityscape are… what exactly? This is the same DBZ where 99% of all the fighting took place in the largest most open fields ever found, right?
But I digress. The game looks rather lame, but the final bit seals the deal… “Become a Super Scion”. No, there is no doubting it. The announcer - the PAID ANNOUNCER who likely said “oh, how do you pronounce this word?” instead of saying “Say-ahn”, says “Sy-ohn”.
So… now is your chance to become a Dragon Ball Z warrior, guys. Maybe you too will become… a super.. *sigh*.. scion.
In an exciting new trailer dropped today, Bethesda - the company behind the massive hit Skyrim - revealed their upcoming title Dishonored, a game that seems to borrow elements of their own Elder Scrolls games alongside the roof-hopping and assassination-style combat of Assassin’s Creed.
