It’s heavy. You can feel in it through the screen. They’ve been waiting, hungry for a game that can deliver the same sense of camaraderie and accomplishment the original did.

That time is now upon them. The release of PlanetSide 2 is fast approaching. And with that release, the nostalgia of the previous generation is swelling.
Sony Online Entertainment is giving the players who created the foundation for it’s upcoming sequel an opportunity to chronicle exactly what it is that made PlanetSide such a compelling gaming experience.
From now until August 24, vets of the original are invited to detail their most epic experiences in a 30 second video.
The top 3 videos, as determined by SOE, will win passes for themselves and a guest to attend SOE Live in Las Vegas this October and will be highlighted on an upcoming episode of PlanetSide 2 Command Center. Runners-up will be featured as part of the PlanetSide 2 YouTube Channel Vet Video Playlist.
