The highly anticipated action MMO TERA will officially launch this weekend for pre-order customers. Starting at 8am Pacific on Saturday, April 28th, these customers will be able to begin their adventure into the world of TERA two days before the official release of the game on May 1st. Also, for those players who were in the game’s previous weekend beta, they will be able to retain their beta characters and level them up into the game proper.

While a two-day head start is an almost guarantee of level capped players before launch, En Masse has taken steps to prevent that, instituting a level cap of 38 during the head start before rising it to the maximum Level 60 at Midnight Pacific on May 1st.

Check out our previous coverage of TERA, including our hands-on with an end-game dungeon here.
