LISTEN UP, DIRTBAGS!

So here’s the deal. First, I gotta stop calling my readers dirtbags. My apologies, peons. (maybe not that either… hm.)

Secondly, there are gonna be some HUGE changes coming to GKick.net in the following year. Here’s what to expect:

1.) GKick.net will no longer be a gaming/entertainment site. Instead, the site will return to it’s original vision as a podcasting network where our CORE PRODUCT will be the GKick, Bottom Line Live and Geek Guy and Gal podcasts (for now, more to come!).

2.) All gaming content, as far as MAJOR news, blog-style articles and reviews will be posted on a new section of the site called GKick Gaming.

3.) Our partnerships with other sites such as SSH, Greyfoo and Gaming Angels will continue unabated.

4.) The main page will be changing soon, yet again, to showcase the change to our product. It probably won’t be a severe change, but expect to see the greater focus being on the podcasts instead of the other content.

5.) We will be launching a new area of GKick Gaming called GKick eSports, where we’ll not only try to post as much as we can about important eSports news but also showcase our partnership with our aspiring-to-pro gamer Dreamwork. Expect that within the next few months.

So that’s really it. GKick and Bottom Line Live will be returning in January. GKick is undergoing a bit of a formatting tweak as we figure things out but we have plans for some cool shows and maybe some expanded coverage of stuff going forward. Stay tuned for that! Also, our other events such as live chats and whatnot will go forward unchanged! And thanks to everyone who’s been reading and writing for us over the last year and we’ll see you in 2012! Happy New Year!
